Available Positions

Production Workers

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing trusses and columns.
  • Operating various saws and other woodworking tools.
  • Fabricating laminates and panels.
  • Beveling and nailing lumber.
  • Driving forklift.
  • Picking lumber for saws.
  • The ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Experience in construction/manufacturing is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary
$20+ per hour, DOE

Full-time
Monday to Friday, Overtime available

Experienced Truss Builders

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing trusses and columns.
  • Operating various saws and other woodworking tools.
  • Fabricating laminates and panels.
  • Beveling and nailing lumber.
  • Driving forklift.
  • Picking lumber for saws.
  • The ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Experience in construction/manufacturing is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary
$22+ per hour, DOE, Shift differential available for nights

Full-time
Monday to Friday, Overtime available

Truss Designer

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Design of roof and floor trusses using MiTek software and ensure designs are accurate, optimized and confirmed to standards
  • Assists in the communication with customers as needed, to provide an accurate truss design
  • Assists in generating and providing accurate pricing and material quantities for estimating purposes
  • Assists in designing trusses for production and help generate truss placement layouts for final construction.
  • Analyzes design data
  • Is willing to learn from senior designers on best job practices and design work
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures
  • Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned
  • Knowledge and Skills 
  • Knowledge of floor and roof truss design process in the Mitek program
  • Must be fully committed to attention to detail in every project
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be willing to learn new systems
  • Exercise of consistent discretion and judgement in work performed
  • Must be able to function on fast paced demand.
  • Experience in truss and construction industry would be an advantage
  • Experience using MiTek Sapphire software
  • Experience in wall panel design, is preferred but not required

Salary
$60,000 – $80,000 DOE

Full-time
Monday to Friday

Class A CDL Driver

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • 2 years of CDL driving experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, Class A CDL license, Pass MVR report
  • Obtain a DOT medical card.
  • The ability to roll off loads is preferred.

Salary
$27 + per hour, DOE

Full-time
Monday-Friday
